Coir mats are hard-wearing and perfect for scraping your shoes/boots clean on your way inside. Each mat is unique. Some may be darker or lighter than the photo, some fibers might be thicker or thinner than others. There may also be chunks of the husks in the fibers. This is the beauty of a 100% natural and sustainable product. I will always do my best to place the design to cover any inconsistencies seen in the mat but I can make no guarantees of perfection in a natural product such as this.

Please note all mats will come with black design unless you specify otherwise at the time of ordering.

As all mats are designed and made to order, we have a 7-10 day turnaround time to design, cut the template, paint 3 coats and seal, then allow your mat to dry completely before shipping.

Free local pickup available on northside of Brisbane, otherwise shipping is $20 per mat within Australia.

CARE OF YOUR MAT:
Please note that due to the nature of the coconut husk fibres, all coir mats are prone to shedding.
To clean, simply give it a good shake or a quick vacuum once a month or so. Please don’t use bleach or other harsh chemicals on this mat, as it will cause your custom design to fade. Your mat has a PVC backing so if it gets very wet you will need to pick it up and drape it over something to allow the water to drain away.
Your mat is best placed in a covered area such as a front porch, and kept out of constant/direct sunlight or rain – this will fade and wear your doormat. Due to the nature of this product, returns or replacements will not be accepted due to wear or fading.

CUSTOM DESIGNS:
Do you have a word, design, saying or monogram in mind, or a business logo that you’d like placed on a doormat? No problem! I love making custom designs, just reach out with your idea and image if you have one and I’ll work with you to create it just as you imagine. I will copy and paste the personalisation exactly as you have typed it – so please ensure your spelling, capitalisation and punctuation are as you want them to be on the final design. For custom orders, you will be sent a design proof with one complimentary revision, any changes after that will have an additional design fee added. It is always a pleasure to create one-of-a-kind orders for my customers!
