All items are made to order and shipped from Brisbane, Australia within 7 business days of your order being received (not including weekends or public holidays), unless advised otherwise at the time of purchase ie custom orders or buy-ins.
Please then allow standard postage times (plus additional time of 1-2wks due to COVID19 postal delays) for delivery to your area, as per the Australia Post website. Once your order has been posted we have no control over Australia Post delivery schedules. If you require your item urgently please select Express Post at checkout.
HappyNess Designs currently only ships within Australia and all items are sent with tracking. Shipping is charged to you at cost, and will be calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
You have three delivery options for receiving your order
1. Australia Post
** Due to covid-19 there are postage delays at Australia Post – please allow an extra 1-2wks for your order IN ADDITION to standard postage times **
** Express Post has currently suspended its Next Day Guarantee so post could take longer than the usual 1-4 business days it used to have, however it should still be faster than standard post **
HappyNess Designs will not be held accountable for any items lost or damaged during transit with Australia Post. If you are worried about this at all then I would urge you to take out Signature on Delivery and/or additional Insurance on your order.

Insurance is $2.50 per $100 order value – you can add it to your cart here. Please note that Australia Post provides free insurance on the first $100 value of items, so you only need to add additional insurance if you have purchased over $100 of product.
Sendle is a courier service, and their prices will always be cheaper than Australia Post rates for the same parcel. They don’t offer an express service, sometimes parcels can take a week or more to arrive, but if you’d prefer to save money on shipping, these are usually your best bet.

3. Local Pickup
If you live in Brisbane then I am happy to arrange for contactless local pickup from either my office or my home. If you select Local Pickup on checkout then I will be in touch to make arrangements with you as soon as your order is ready for collection. Note that the two GENERAL AREAS for pickup (I won’t post my exact suburb or address on my website) are Bowen Hills-ish, 1-2 days per week, and North Lakes-ish, 3-4 days per week, plus evenings and weekends only by prior arrangement.
Please note all pickups from my home will be contactless, but I cannot arrange contactless pickups from my office.
